Thank you for your conscientious care of me. Last fall you reminded me that my hearing aid warranty was almost up and as a result you sent them in for a checkup, and I received a new hearing aid. This week I was able to pick up the right size tips because you had ordered some after my last appointment. I had one of the top audiologists at another facility and she doesn’t even come close to your excellent care you have shown to me!
